Below you will find the Materials needed for the 129th NYSKOFC Convention.

 

Attached are the documents pertaining to the 129th Annual Convention of the New York State Council. 

 

Please take the time to download them and save them to a special folder on your computer, preferably on the desktop. 

 

Once that is done, open and read document #1 from the State Secretary, following the instructions given. 

 

Do not open #2 and #3 until you have opened and printed the rest of the documents. 

 

Make sure you give the delegates and alternates their credential form, filled out and signed by you, along with a copy of the agenda and the reservation form.  DO NOT MAIL ANY DOCUMENTS BACK TO THE OFFICE.  These must be brought to the convention for registration purposes.

 

When you are ready, open #2 and fill in the center column with the appropriate information.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE FORMAT.  Just type into the empty space without double clicking on the document. If you make a mistake, drop down to the next box and then go back up to re-enter the info.  If you still have a problem or have questions, please let me know right away. 

 

Once completed, save it with a new name.  Then, email the completed form to the email address in the State Secretary's letter (NYSKOFC@GMAIL.COM).  DO NOT EMAIL IT TO ANY OTHER EMAIL ADDRESS!
